Mr.
Justice has been in the car business over 21 years and
has held every position in a dealership. As a salesman
Mr. Justice led the dealership in the number of units
sold month after month and quickly began moving through
the ranks. As a financing and leasing manager Mr. Justice
consistently exceeded his goals. As a desk manager and
ultimately a General Sales Manager and General Manager,
Mr. Justice has grown many solid teams of sale people
and mangers.
In his career Mr. Justice
has managed to take Toyota Dealerships in 5 different
states and grow them to become the #1 Toyota dealerships
in those states while dramatically increasing customer
satisfaction. He is also the 2 time winner of Toyota’s
Presidential Award
In the late 80’s
as a leasing manger Mr. Justice began to formulate the
Preferred Option Program as a way of helping customers,
as well as all dealership associates, better understand
the differences between leasing and financing. This
methodology became so successful for him that he decided
to create the Preferred Option Program as a mechanism
for all sale associates to offer their customers more
options when purchasing a new vehicle.
In 1995 Mr. Justice
created the copy write on the product and produced a
client/server version of the software. Over the next
few years, dealerships have been using this tool as
a way of giving their customers a variety of options
and catapulting sales to record numbers and outstanding
“Customer Satisfaction Indexes” (CSI).
In 2004 he has advanced it yet again creating the next
level of the Preferred Option Program. Utilizing Web
Based Technologies and new Training Methods has produced
a more robust product and dramatically increased it’s
usability for dealerships of any size.
